Information we receive

When you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, phone number and message. We use this information only to reply to your enquiry.

Legal basis and retention

Replying to your enquiry is based on our legitimate interest in answering messages sent to us (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). If you ask us to take on an assignment, preparing and performing it is based on steps taken at your request before a contract and on the contract itself (Art. 6(1)(b)). Advertising cookies are based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). Limited page-visit data sent without cookies is based on our legitimate interest in measuring our campaigns (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Enquiries that do not lead to an assignment are deleted once they have been answered and no follow-up is needed. Enquiries that lead to an assignment are kept with client records for the duration of the assignment and afterwards for as long as the contract or the Finnish Accounting Act (1336/1997) requires, which is up to 10 years for accounting records.

Processors and transfers

We may use service providers for hosting, email, form processing and security. Enquiries sent through our contact form are delivered to us by email. When you accept advertising cookies, Microsoft collects or receives personal data through Microsoft Advertising Universal Event Tracking (UET) for conversion measurement. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement: https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement. Until you accept, the tag does not set or read advertising cookies, although Microsoft can receive limited page-visit data without them. Transfers outside the EU rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or another lawful safeguard.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or object where applicable.
